Corbin Canyon Park

Corbin Canyon Park is a less visited section of Topanga State Park. The 328 acre area extends into the Santa Monica Mountains through Tarzana and the Woodland Hills communities. The year-round park offers several trails that are separate from the longer trails across the mountains, so they can be explored in much less time. Dogs are always welcome and allowed to be off-leash in certain areas.

Corbin Canyon Park consists of one of many trails in the Santa Monica Mountains. The trailhead of the park is located at 4000 Corbin Ave.Tarzana,CA, 91356. This Los Angeles area park’s trailends can also be reached at the ends of neighboring streets Corbin Ave.and Queen Victoria Rd. in Tarzana and Woodland Hills.

What To Do At The Attraction?

The park is a place where visitors go for solitude, quiet and to enjoy nature. It is also a popular place for outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking and running. The trail takes approximately 45-minute to complete and is an easily managed 2.05 mile partial loop with a 150 foot elevation change. For those that prefer a shorter loop through the park, the trail can be cut to just half a mile.

Nearby attractions include The Getty Center Art Museum, The Japanese Garden and Busch Gardens Historic Site, to name just a few. Encino Commons is a well-known place nearby to enjoy shopping and a variety of restaurants and businesses.
