The Broad is a contemporary art museum that hosts an impressive and massive collection of art pieces from various artists such as Andy Warhol, Cindy Sherman, Roy, Lichtenstein, and many, many others. Parking is available under the museum by way of entering on 2nd St. between Hope St. and Grand Ave. The museum also offers free bike parking which is located on the P1 level. Additional parking can be found at other adjacent parking lots and garages around Grand Ave. However, The Broad does not provide validation for any of these so plan accordingly.
The Broad is pleased to host two of Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirror Rooms (Infinity Mirrored Room – The Souls of Millions Light Years Away and Kusama’s Longing for Eternity) in their collection. The Broad also hosts an in-depth installation of the works of Roy Lichtenstein, including his Female Figure, Purist Still Life, and Nude With Pyramid. Other works from other artists such as Andy Warhol’s 40 Gold Marilyns and Jean-Michel Basquiat’s Wicker and Deaf are on display, as well as many more. The Broad also hosts many different and fun events that you can attend as a family and use to bond as a family or interact with other families and individuals. There are also live performances performed at The Broad.
