Why You Should Turn Your Garage Into An Office

Are you needing a home office and don’t know where to put it? The layout of your home is not always welcoming of adding an addition onto it. Do you have a garage? Well, then you are in luck. This can be the perfect place to add office space to your home, and Cavalier Builders can help you do it. Here are some of the reasons why you should turn your garage into an office.

Peace and Quiet

When you work from home, there are so many distractions that can overtake your attention. If you have family and kids at home, it can make things even harder. The noise and activities going on around you are hard to escape, such as:

  • Laundry
  • Dishes
  • House Cleaning
  • Kids Playing
  • TV
  • People Coming By
  • And So Much More

This can make getting your work done difficult. That is why you need a space that you can get the peace and quiet that you need. A garage office is an excellent solution to getting the quiet you need to work because it is away from the noise of the main part of the home.

Adds Separation

It is difficult to separate home life from work life when the home is work. If the kitchen table, dining room, bedroom, or anywhere else in the house is your workplace, it doesn’t separate home life and work life, making it challenging to ever “leave” work. You will always hear the phone ring, be near a computer to answer emails, or finish a project in downtime at home.

When you make your garage your office space, it adds separation to work and home. It is a room off to the side where you can close the door when work time is over. It’s even better when it is a detached garage that you turn into an office. Your family will immensely thank you for having a “works over” time and being able to walk away from it.

Increase The Value Of Your Home

When it comes time to sell your home, a home office is a valuable addition. Especially, if you are still able to salvage part of our garage to park your car. The average amount can add around 10% value to your home.

Not only is it a more affordable area for you to make additions to your home, but it benefits you when it comes to selling your home. The most expensive part of putting in an addition to your home is laying the footers, which aren’t needed when you use your garage. Although, do keep in mind that you may need to run electricity, plumbing, and more to this space.

Ways To Update Your Outdated Bathroom

Studies have found that the average person spends over two years in the bathroom over the course of their lifetime. You should feel comfortable and at ease with the appearance of this room, considering how much time you spend there. Whether you are preparing to put your La Mirada home on the market or you are sprucing up your bathroom to your style, Cavalier Builders is here to help.

7 Ways to Update Your Bathroom

There are several projects you can tackle when updating your bathroom. Something as small as changing out the toilet paper holder to large projects like installing new floors all help to improve its appearance. Here are some ideas of projects you can take on to update your outdated bathroom:

1. Change the Wall Color

A change in your wall color can go a long way. Perhaps your bathroom is so outdated that it has old wallpaper or pink tiles. A fresh coat of paint is a relatively inexpensive way to revitalize the room and give it a more modern feel. If your bathroom is small, a lighter paint color will make the room feel more open and airy.

You may also want to consider doing an accent wall. An accent wall can be a bolder paint color or decorative wallpaper on one of the walls. Having an accent wall is a simple update that will give your room a pop of color and elegance.

2. Hang A Big Mirror

A large mirror is an easy way to modernize an old bathroom. For added appeal, you should frame it, so the mirror clips and screws are hidden. Large, framed mirrors are all the rage and help to make a bathroom appear bigger. Mirrors reflect light, making your room bright and appealing.

3. Update Your Vanity

If replacing your vanity isn’t in your budget, you can paint it for a facelift that is less expensive. Vanities experience wear and tear from everyday use and water damage, but paint can bring them back to life. You can also replace the hardware for an updated look that won’t break the bank. New knobs and pulls will make your vanity look brand new.

4. Switch Out Old Faucets

Old sink faucets are unappealing and inefficient. Replacing your faucet is an upgrade that shouldn’t be overlooked. That old, tarnished, drippy sink has got to go. It would be best if you chose a finish that matches the hardware on your vanity.

5. Replace Towel Racks

Towel racks are another victim of the humidity and moisture in a bathroom. They can easily become tarnished or rusted over time. Hanging new towel racks may seem like an insignificant update, but it will help transform your room. When it comes to updating a space, every small detail can go a long way.

6. Install Shelving

Another idea for a bathroom upgrade is to fill the wasted space above your toilet with some new shelves. This not only gives you more storage space but also gives you the opportunity to add a decorative touch. You can use the shelves for towels, toiletries, and candles, or other decorative accents.

7. Re-tile Your Floor

Dingy or cracked floor tiles with chipped grout may be plaguing your dated bathroom. Replacing your floors will give your room a fresh, new look. Ripping out old tiles and laying new ones is not an easy task if you’re inexperienced, so it may be best left to a professional.

Redoing Your Kitchen Before The Holidays

It’s hard to believe the holiday season is just around the corner. Many families were only able to gather virtually last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but we can finally celebrate together. Before hosting your loved ones for a big feast this year, get your space looking its best by contacting Cavalier Builders to remodel your Los Angeles kitchen.

Planning Your Kitchen Remodel

There are several things to consider before breaking ground on your kitchen remodel. Keeping the holidays in mind will help you develop a vision for how you want the style and layout of your room. A professional contractor from Cavalier Builders will help you design the kitchen you envision when thinking of your family gathered for the holidays. Some ideas to consider when planning your remodel are:

Seating Arrangements

Do you picture interacting with your family while you’re cooking up Thanksgiving dinner? Or would you prefer they are comfortably seated away from you? Barstools around the counter, lounge seating near a window, or both if you have the space are seating options to think about when making your plans. You should also consider the size of the room and the size of the table you want if you don’t have a separate formal dining area.

Cabinetry and storage

Developing a plan for the layout of your cabinets is essential when planning a kitchen remodel. Choosing drawers, shelves, lazy-susans, and other features like an under-the-counter trash can to utilize your space best is no simple task. You also want to consider the size and shape of your pantry to best suit your storage needs.

Lighting Fixtures

Be sure to consider your options for lighting features in your kitchen during the planning process. A bright room is excellent for cooking, but you may want to create a different atmosphere using dimmers when entertaining. Under-cabinet lighting is another option you may enjoy in your upgraded kitchen.

Appliances

Choosing your appliances is an essential part of planning for your kitchen remodel. When you imagine cooking for your guests, think about what would make the process easiest. Double ovens are a nice feature that comes in handy when preparing several dishes for the holidays or baking a variety of goods. With the material shortages inflicted by the pandemic, some appliances are on backorder for weeks or months, so plan accordingly.

Color Scheme

Deciding on the color scheme for this room can be a daunting task. You want your finishes and furnishings to match, not clash. Be sure that everything you choose compliments each other, including:

  • Flooring
  • Cabinetry
  • Cabinet hardware
  • Backsplash
  • Appliances
  • Rangehood
  • Lighting fixtures
  • Countertops
  • Walls
  • Sink
  • Faucets

How Long Does A Kitchen Remodel Take?

The time it takes to remodel your kitchen depends on how big of a project you are doing. Some remodeling projects require a lot of coordination with your contractor, plumber, and electrician. Material availability is also a huge factor in the process. Speak openly with your contractor about your time constraints and concerns to ensure everyone is on the same page.

To expedite your remodel, you must set a budget and stick to it. If you want the remodel done as quickly as possible, you must be decisive. Changing your mind on finishes and fixtures will affect your budget and your timeline.

4 Garage Conversion Ideas

4 Garage Conversion Ideas

When the state of California passed Senate Bill 1069, many homeowners began looking into the possibility of converting their garage into living space. An experienced renovation contractor can help make your garage conversion idea a reality. If you are looking for Los Angeles Garage Conversions, look no further than Cavalier Builders.

4 Garage Conversion Ideas

There has never been a better time to convert your garage into a more functional living space. The coronavirus has changed the way we live our lives and forced us into our homes. Homeowners have since become aware of the need to make their houses as functional as possible. Here are four ways you can convert your garage into a space that is useful and enjoyable for you and your family:

1. Home Office

The Covid-19 pandemic changed the way Americans, and the world, conduct their business. For many American workers, working from home was a temporary solution to stop the spread of the virus but became a permanent arrangement. If you work from home, you need a quiet and private space to work efficiently.

Your home office may also double as your child’s new classroom. Many schools now offer virtual learning options, but your child may have difficulty concentrating at home. A designated workspace for your child can improve focus and productivity. Cavalier Builders can convert your Los Angeles garage into a functional home office space you’ll love.

2. Guest Suite

The pandemic changed the way we work, but it also changed how we travel as people choose to avoid airplanes and hotel rooms. Tropical beach vacations have been replaced with road trips to visit family and friends. For that reason, you should have a space in your home where guests feel welcome and comfortable. Convert your garage into a guest suite that your loved ones will enjoy visiting.

3. Short Term Rental

Converting your garage will add to your home’s square footage and therefore increase property value and the resale price. But why wait until you sell your home to reap the monetary benefits of converting your space? You can renovate your garage to become a rental space that will increase your monthly income stream.

4. Home Gym

In these crazy times, physical fitness has never been more important. It is a way to stay healthy and relieve stress. Many fitness centers have had to shutter their doors, and with kids at home virtual learning, it’s difficult to get out to your workout class. Converting your garage into your own personal fitness center will give you the opportunity to stay active and healthy from the comfort of your own home.

The Benefit of Hiring a Contractor

An experienced contractor can make your garage conversion project a success with their wealth of knowledge. There are many things to consider before taking on such a big project, such as:

  • The permit process
  • Electrical wiring
  • Heating and air conditioning
  • Proper plumbing
  • Flooring

When selecting a construction company to complete this remodel, you want to make sure they know what they’re doing and are familiar with how to obtain the proper permits. The friendly and knowledgeable team at Cavalier Builders has experience in every step of the garage conversion process. We will evaluate your space to make sure it complies with government requirements in order to receive your permit.

Ways To Make A Small Bathroom Look Bigger

Creating a space that feels open and airy is a top priority whether you are staging your house for sale or making a new home your own. You can make a small bathroom appear larger with some simple tips and tricks. If you are looking for bathroom remodeling in Los Angeles, Cavalier Builders can help.

Increase Natural Light

One way to make a small bathroom look bigger is to increase the amount of sunlight in the room. Keep bathroom windows clean as dirt and grime can block out sunlight. You may want to consider removing curtains or shades and putting up privacy film to allow for more light to enter the room. If you do not have a window in your bathroom, then increase the amount of light with a higher wattage, bright white bulb.

Hang a Big Mirror

A large mirror has the ability to create the illusion of a more spacious bathroom. Mirrors also reflect light which makes the whole room appear brighter. Consider installing a big, frameless mirror in your bathroom to give it a bigger feel. Be sure to select a mirror that won’t tarnish in humid conditions if it is a full bathroom.

Change the Paint

The color paint you choose can make your space appear larger or smaller. Dark paint colors tend to make a space feel more enclosed and sometimes claustrophobic. Lighter paint colors reflect more light to create more of an open feel. Painting your baseboards and crown molding a lighter color than your walls will also help the room appear larger.

Use the Same Tiles on the Floor and in the Shower

You can create the illusion that your bathroom is bigger by using the same tile throughout. When you have different tile styles and colors, the room looks chopped up and thus smaller. Using the same tile for your floor and shower creates a more streamlined appearance.

Swap Out Your Clunky Toilet

You can create more floor space in your bathroom by trading in your traditional toilet for a wall-hung commode. The tank of a wall-mounted toilet is hidden inside the wall, which means it takes up less space in the bathroom. Opting for this type of toilet gives your bathroom a sleek and stylish appearance.

Install a New Shower Door

Your shower curtain or dated shower door may be part of the reason why your bathroom appears small. Installing a frameless, clear glass door will open up the space so that it looks bigger. Clear glass improves the flow and extends the room, whereas a curtain or framed door makes the bathroom feel more enclosed.

Replace the Vanity Cabinet

A large vanity cabinet in a tiny bathroom will make the room appear even smaller. A pedestal sink or cantilevered countertop takes up less space, which will make the room look bigger. Clutter also makes a room look smaller, so if you need a cabinet for storage, you may want to replace your large vanity with a smaller one.

Clear the Clutter

When deciding how to arrange and decorate your bathroom, remember that less is more. Less stuff in the bathroom gives the appearance there is more room. Limit the number of decorations that you hang on the wall. Try to keep your vanity countertop clear of all your personal items. Keeping your bathroom clean and tidy will help to make it look more spacious.

What Is The First Step To Remodeling A Kitchen?

The pandemic affected the housing market in ways no one could have predicted. You may have purchased a home during this time that is in need of a remodel, or maybe you are preparing to list your house but need an upgrade first. If you are looking for kitchen remodeling in Los Angeles, Cavalier Builders is here to help.

What Style Do You Want?

The first step to remodeling a kitchen is to come up with a vision of how you want it to look. Your contractor will need to know what style you have in mind. Maybe there is one specific style you like, or perhaps your style will be dictated by your geographic location. Some examples of popular kitchen styles are:

  • Traditional
  • Contemporary
  • Transitional
  • Coastal
  • Craftsman
  • Mid-century modern
  • Farmhouse
  • Rustic
  • Mediterranean

Choose Your Floorplan and Layout

Your reason for wanting to remodel your Los Angeles kitchen might be because the current layout doesn’t suit your needs. You will want to create a floor plan that has optimal functionality.  Keep in mind that changing some aspects, like moving a sink or dishwasher, may make the remodel more complicated as plumbing will need to be moved.

Your layout should also include cabinetry that suits your needs. You should come up with a plan for how you want to organize your cabinets to accommodate everything from your serving platters to your spices.  Work with your contractor to find ways to maximize your storage space and access your utensils and dishes with ease.

Select Your Fixtures

Part of your vision should include the type of fixtures you desire. You will have to choose a color and style for your kitchen cabinets. You also need to pick your countertops based on your budget and style preference. You have several materials to choose from when it comes to countertops, including quartz, marble, granite, butcher block, and concrete, just to name a few.

Other Fixtures you will need to select are:

  • Kitchen sink
  • Sink faucet
  • Pot Filler
  • Vent hood
  • Cabinet pulls
  • Garbage disposal
  • Lighting features
  • Appliances

Choose Your Appliances

Your vision for your kitchen remodel should also include your appliances. If you are planning your remodel with Thanksgiving dinner in mind, you may opt for a double oven. You may want a french door refrigerator with a bottom drawer or a traditional side-by-side. It may be important to you to select a dishwasher that fits your wine glasses. When it comes to appliances, there are several designs and features to choose from.

Determine Your Color Scheme

When planning your kitchen remodel, you need to consider your color scheme. Cabinets, countertops, appliances, faucets, backsplash, walls, and flooring all need to complement each other. Before making your selections, remember to see how they all look together. If you are planning on selling in the near future, a neutral color scheme is best.

Decide on a Budget

One of the most important aspects of any home renovation project is figuring out your budget. Decide how much you want to spend and stick with it. That may mean you don’t get every feature on your vision board, but the right contractor will be able to give you a beautiful product without busting your budget. List your priorities and determine cost-saving alternatives or upgrades you can forego in order to stick to your budget.

How Do You Install A Walk-In Tub

How Do You Install A Walk-In Tub?

Installing a walk-in tub in your bathroom does not have to be a big headache. The team at Cavalier Builders can help you with your install and even give you a few tips on what walk-in tub is best for you. If you have been shopping around and found a few models that interest you, give us a call. We would be happy to talk to you about the install process and help you with your home improvement project.

Walk-in Tub Install

No two bathrooms are the same, and most homeowners will have specific questions and concerns about their home and their install. This how-to guide is just a basic of how the installation process works.

Removing Existing Tub and Shower

The first thing that needs to be done is that shower and tub will need to be removed. Typically this involves using a sawzall to cut the bathtub liner and tub into manageable pieces that can easily be removed from your home. Your facet and any showerheads and glass doors you may have will also be removed during this process.

Electrical Lines

Most walk-in tubs will need an electrical line to operate, and your installer will need to run one. This is done by located an existing outlet on the wall adjacent to the tub. A new line can be run, and a GFI outlet is mounted to the motor of the walk-in tub. GFI outlets are used because they have a surge protector and are for your safety around water.

Prep Water and Drain Lines

The next step is making sure the water is turned off so the water and drain lines can be prepped for your new walk-in tub. This involves removing the existing connection to the tub and adding a new water connection. Next is turning the water back on and testing the connection. You may not need new water and drain lines, depending on your tub install. This is something you can discuss with your installer.

New Sheetrock

If you had an existing tub and shower that was one piece, you might have to get new sheetrock installed around the opening to make the walls and ceiling flush. Typically shower wallboards will be installed as this helps protect walls from the water.

Bring in the Tub

Putting the tub in place is not as challenging as it looks. Once the tub has been set in place, it can be leveled using the leveling legs. The tub will be checked from left to right, corner to corner, and front to back to make sure it is perfectly level.

Finishing Touches

Once the new tub has been installed and level, it is time for the finishing touches. This can differ depending on your tub needs, but this can include installing trim on the walls and around the tub, caulking and sealing all the joints, and cleaning the tub.

Checking the Work

You should request a test run after your installer has put everything together and did the finishing touches. This means the installer fills the tub with water and drains it to make sure everything is working correctly. They should also show you how to operate your new walk-in tub and help with any questions you may have about your new bathroom

Tips

When you are getting a walk-in tub installed in your home, do not be afraid to ask your installer questions. Make sure they test your new tuba and drains and that it is working correctly. They should also demonstrate how the new tub works for you.

Here Are 4 Reasons To Enlarge Your Kitchen

A remodeling project is a great way to find that happiness right where you are and alleviates the hassle that comes with house hunting and moving into a new home. Our kitchen remodeling services include:

  • Customizing cabinets
  • Flooring
  • Cabinet Refacing
  • Electrical and Lighting
  • Tile
  • Plumbing
  • Backsplash

We are here to help make your vision a reality. Below are some reasons that you may consider remodeling your kitchen and staying in the house you’re already in.

1. Increase Your Space

Sometimes the problem isn’t in the actual square footage of your kitchen space, but is actually how you are using that space. Outdated structures and designs can crowd your space, making you feel overwhelmed with lack of storage and clutter. Our professional remodelers are able to take the space you already have available in your current kitchen and offer you ideas of how to take advantage of every inch.

It might amaze you to realize how simple it is to remove and relocate cabinets, take down walls, eliminate unnecessary closets, and relocate appliances that offer practical solutions to increasing your kitchen area significantly. Remodeling also gives you an opportunity to re-evaluate how much storage space you actually need. When you have the proper amount of storage space, you can reduce clutter which will help you to achieve the clean and spacious kitchen design you are looking for.

2. Upgrade Appliances

A kitchen remodeling is a great opportunity to inspect your appliances and give them a much needed upgrade. As appliances get older, they can increase your energy bills and can even become serious safety concerns such as fire hazards or electric shocks. Upgrading your appliances will not only offer you a contemporary look and avoid unnecessary mishaps, but will also give you the added benefit of taking advantage of modern technology such as energy-efficient appliances. Energy efficient appliances will improve your home’s energy efficiency which keeps more money in your pockets in the long run.

3. Personalize Your Space

You deserve to have a space you love. Remodeling your kitchen allows you to put your personal touch on the room in your house that you spend a great deal of time in. Going through a kitchen remodel is an incredibly exciting experience that allows you to explore a variety of  tile, cabinet, appliance, and countertop designs, and choose the one you love. Your kitchen is one of the most important rooms in your home and you should love the way it looks and feels.

4. Getting Ready to Sell

It’s no secret, kitchen spaces are one of the most sought out features that house seekers are looking at. With an upgraded kitchen, you’re creating a more appealing space for buyers.  Additionally, this allows you to sell at a higher price and recover a majority of the costs from renovating your kitchen. Often kitchens become a major deal breaker when trying to sell your home, so you want to be sure that you are paying attention to the trends and consumer preferences.

What Are The Benefits Of Installing A Walk in Tub

What Are The Benefits Of Installing A Walk in Tub

What are the Benefits of Installing a Walk-In Tub?

If you have mobility issues, you may have thought about having a walk-in tub installed in your bathroom. This can help make your bathing time safer, more comfortable, and also therapeutic. There are many benefits to having a walk-in tub in your home, and there are also a few disadvantages; here at Cavalier Builders, we want to make you aware of the benefits and help you decide if a walk-in tub is something that could help you in your home.

What is a walk-in tub?

You may not have heard of a walk-in tub before, and that is okay. A walk-in tub is a bathtub with a water-tight door, allowing the bather to step into the tub over a shallow threshold. It can increase the safety of the bather while getting in the bath. The door then closes, and the tub fills with water. After the tub has drained, you can open the door and step out easily and comfortably.

There are several different makes and models of walk-in tubs, and they can meet the needs of most anyone. While you can get some taller tubs and some wider, it often depends on the space you have in your home for one. Our team would be glad to help you in deciding what the best fit for your bathroom is.

Benefits of a Walk-In Tub

Bathing can be difficult the older you get and even for adults and children with disabilities. Getting in and out of a traditional tub can also be unsafe and uncomfortable. However, a walk-in tub can make bathing easier and safer for you. Here are some of the benefits that can come when you have a walk-in tub installed in your home.

Safety Benefits

When you have a walk-in tub, they are safer than a traditional tub. With the design, you can walk over a small threshold and sit in the tub easily. This makes the chance of slipping and falling less than with a traditional tub. Walk-in tubs also have many safety features attached to make the transition easier. Most have safety bars installed, anti-scald valves, slip-resistant flooring, and built-in seating. Some tubs are even equipped with more safety features such as safety switches and self-cleaning systems, which can help with mold and bacteria growth.

Comfort Benefits

There is nothing like a walk-in tub when it comes to comfort, especially if you have trouble standing in the shower for extended periods. Walk-in tubs allow for easy access and will enable you to sit comfortably. The deeper water levels make cleaning your upper body a breeze. Some walk-in tubs can even have extra features to make it feel more like a spa, such as heated seats and even sound systems.

Health Benefits

When it comes to health benefits, the walk-in tub has several. They make bathing safe and convenient and can improve your overall health. If you are suffering from arthritis, diabetes, or muscle pain, you can benefit from the soothing effects of a walk-in tub. The walk-in tub can also help improve circulation, leading to increased mobility and less pain when you are mobile. Walk-in tubs also offer you peace of mind when you are relaxing and know you can get in and out yourself without the worry of falling and getting hurt.

For Walk-In Tub Installation

If you are looking to get a walk-in tub installed in your home, the team at Cavalier Builders would love to help. We have been serving customers in the Los Angeles area for years. Our number one goal is to help you gain your independence. We would love to hear from you; give us a call at 1-800-749-5765.

Does Remodeling help the value of your property.

Does Remodeling Help The Property Value Of A Home?

Home renovations are a great way for you to both increase the functionality of your home, and enhance the beauty of your home. When you select the right project to enhance your living space, you can pass on a large part of the expenditure to the future owners of your home through increased property values. Remodeling is a way to boost your return on investment.   Items such as decks, window replacements, kitchen and bathroom upgrades are the most popular renovations that offer the greatest return on investment.

What to Consider Before Undergoing Renovations

The return on investment (ROI) of any project is dependent on the local market characteristics, what the condition of the real estate market surrounding your property is, and the quality of the work being done. Upgrading and replacing windows offer the greatest return on your investment regardless of the property market or location of your home. You must consider the reasoning behind your remodeling project. If it is not correcting a structural issue or design flaw, you’re not likely to earn more back than the cost of your construction. However, sometimes cost recovery is not as important as the added enjoyment of increased functionality and beauty of your home.

If you’re an investor remodeling your rental property, the goal is to recover the cost through increased sale price or rental rates. Caution should be used to make sure the project you’re paying for will be renovations that future renters or buyers are willing to pay for.

Location, Location, Location

Your property’s location is a vital consideration. Your renovations should be appropriate for the type of residence and the local property area. Identify comparable homes within your property’s market to make sure you’re not making the mistake of upgrading your home well above average for similar homes within your area.  Buyers are seeking homes in areas that offer added convenience, such as shops, schools systems, and of course homes that are within their price range. So even though you may make improvements that outshine the homes around you, you’re unlikely to make a desirable profit and buyers may even seek other properties because they’re at a better price-point.

Geography will also have an influence on the quickest or greatest payback from projects. For example, the maintenance time and cost of in-ground swimming pools make it extremely difficult to recover the cost of installation, and in some cases they reduce the overall value of your home. However, this may not be the case in the southern regions of the U.S., where they experience longer seasons of extremely hot weather therefore making swimming pools a valuable and sought out addition for your property.

Consider Effects of Time

Time is an additional factor to consider as it will also have an impact on your renovation’s ability to boost property values. Structural or design improvements, such as building an addition or completing unfinished space, can add value for a greater amount of time when compared to renovating kitchens and bathrooms or making technological improvements such as adding a new air conditioning system. Upgrades such as kitchens and bathrooms will decline with time as trends change, and HVAC systems will at some point approach their end of life and need to be repaired or even replaced again.

Project Returns on Investment

The decisive reason to undergo any renovation project is the enjoyment you receive from the upgrades you make to your home. This includes both the enjoyment of a more functional and appealing space as well as the previously discussed benefits of putting money back in your pocket down the road. There are a variety of resources available that offer insight when you’re in the early stages of planning your renovations.

Contact us today to get started on your home renovation project in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
